Taku Mayumura

Taku Mayumura is a Japanese science fiction writer who won the Seiun Award for Novel twice. In 2004 his Shiseikan, written in 1974, was translated into English. He is noted for writing a future-history or space opera set in that universe. He died on November 3, 2019.
