Active is an adult game brand of Societa Daikanyama (ソシエッタ代官山). Prior to that, Active was an adult game development company whose establishment can be dated back to 1991. The company is most known for creating the game Bible Black, which has received various anime adaptions. In 2004 the company staff members transferred to Societa Daikanyama and on 01.11.2004 Active as a company was dissolved. Active still existed as an adult game brand with their own website until it was taken down on November of 2009. Currently its fate is unknown.
