Synopsis

Shiba Jurou is a wizard who belongs to a government agency. With certain circumstances, he was dispatched to wizard training institution academy as an instructor with his colleagues. At institution academy he met a girl, Hinasaki Tsukiko, and he struggles to handle her. At such time, terrorist organization who hates wizard attacked the academy.
