Background
Renapan is an adaptation of the minigame of the same name, which was part of the original Comic Market release of the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni: Onikakushi-hen visual novel. Batsukoishi-hen adapts its namesake chapter in the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei visual novel.
