Synopsis

Shurine is a girl who was raised to serve as a guard and has mastered the sword. However, she is falsely accused of assassinating the person she is guarding and goes on the run. Driven from her hometown, Shurine meets Lutecia, a duke's daughter whose life is in danger after being caught up in a royal succession issue. As Lutecia is being attacked by an assassin, Shurine makes a proposal to her. "I'm a bit short on money. If you need a guard, I'll hire you right now."
