Monsters were hunted for their Monsters Organs that are then implanted into humans to try to achieve eternal youth and eternal beauty. But the implants aren't always successful. Most have reactions to the implants. But a normal doctor cannot remove them once implanted. Asura is the last surviving monster and the only one that can remove these monster organs...
