Tasogare Otome x Amnesia has been published digitally in English as Dusk Maiden of Amnesia by Square Enix through Manga UP! The series was published in Italian by Star Comics from November 20, 2014 to January 20, 2016, in Polish by Waneko from September 2014 to March 2016 and in Spanish by Ivrea España since September 2017.
