Synopsis

The story takes place in 1982, Hitoshi Himoto, the typical Japanese workaholic is sent to South America to manage a subsidiary of his company. He will have to struggle against competitors and prejudices while negotiating with dictators and revolutionaries in order to lead his company to the summit.

Background

Osamu Tezuka wrote Gringo at the end of his life and he died before finishing it.
