Setsuri: Sinner's Ambition

Synopsis

A girl meets a mysterious tall man and helps him fight a psychopath who has psychokinetic powers. In doing so, she discovers her own power to manipulate wind and becomes involved in a plot to stop others with similar powers who have darker plans.
