Synopsis

Forced to change jobs after being constantly bullied by his old boss, 26-year-old Kentarou Momose is understandably anxious about what's in store for him at his new workplace. After all, what if his new boss ends up being just as cruel? However, Momose's fears vanish once he meets Yuusei Shirosaki, a deadpan yet competent manager who is anything but scary. Atarashii Joushi wa Do Tennen began as a web comic on the author's Twitter account on May 15, 2018 before official serialization began in Manga Cross on February 5, 2019. The series ranked first in the 2019 Web Manga Sousenkyo, and ranked eighteenth in the for the female readers category. Atarashii Joushi wa Do Tennen has been published in English as My New Boss Is Goofy by Seven Seas Entertainment since April 29, 2025.
