Im Kkeok-jeong

Synopsis

In Korea, under the Chosun dynasty (1392-1910), there lived a man called Lim Keok Jeong who gathered and armed a whole group of peasants to fight the despotism of the aristocrats. Renowned for being very strong and not afraid of anything, he soon became a national hero by virtue of his charisma and the struggle he was leading. (Source: Éditions Paquet, translated)

Background

Im Kkeok-jeong was published in French by Éditions Paquet; three volumes were originally published from April 26, 2007 to February 21, 2008 before being discontinued, and 11 omnibus volumes were published from January 26, 2011 to September 19, 2012.
