Background

The animation was first aired during the livestream of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters: The Legend of Duelist Quarter Century, a tournament event celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Official Card Game. It was subsequently made available on Konami's YouTube channel, as well the various Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG/OCG ones.
